I'm Liz, a former Big 4 consultant turned entrepreneur. My passion is helping leaders break through their limiting beliefs and pursue careers aligned with their values. I work with corporate executives, mid-careerists and even 10-year-old girls, conducting leadership labs and facilitating sessions to inspire healthy dialogue and grow leaders of all ages.
Building off my consulting roots, I launched Highview Associates in 2016 to provide a select portfolio of health plan IT leadership clients with highly personalized facilitation & advisory services. Through working with leadership teams, it became increasingly obvious that more 1:1 attention was needed to cultivating talent, and I shifted focus in 2019 to developing my coaching services, which quickly became Highview's signature service offering. I am certified by The NeuroLeadership Institute & the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (CPC, ELI-MP). I have my ACC from ICF. I specialize in helping leaders create and deliver their authentic leadership style.
